One time, they didn't have what I ordered in stock, rather than call me I waited for additional 20mins after the estimated pick up window, and no one said anything to me or called me, that I approached the manager and he said he's just going to refund me. Another time, I ordered the bbq chicken salad, when I got to the office (5mins away), most of the lettuce was black and gross.May 16, 2017
